Our History
For the past 20+ years, Mike Erickson, owner/operator of A-1 Concrete Cutting had been working diligently to grow the business his father founded in 1997. After 2+ decades of growing the company into the Pacific Northwest's premier concrete cutting professionals, Mike had an opportunity to expand the business in the spring of 2022 to include general contracting services. By word of mouth, and Mike's extensive network of contacts in the construction industry, it didn't take long for A-1 Building Services to become a reputable source for all general contracting services.
A-1 Building Services is a family-owned and operated business based in Spokane Valley, WA that takes pride in taking on any general contracting services. Be it new construction, remodeling, or demolitions, there is no job too large or small that we can't handle.
We service Central to Eastern Washington, North Idaho, and Western Montana.
